Galvanized Steel Strip
Supliers
-galvanized steel, as well
as on steel surfaces electroplated with zinc, have created a
number of paint adhesion problems, both as initial failures
and after weathering or immersion. Zinc surfaces are even
more reactive in moist atmospheres than steel surfaces, and
extreme care must be given to surface conditions and surface
preparations.

-SELL PROCESSING
-ALUMINUM REDUCTION PROCESS ARP
The advanced reactor process (ARP) is a new process for the production of aluminum by carbothermic reduction. This technology has been proposed as an alternative to the current Hall-Heroult electrolytic reduction process. ARP has the potential to produce primary aluminum at a power consumption in the range of 8.5 kWh/kg at an estimated 25 percent reduction in manufacturing cost.
-INERT METAL ANODES FOR PRIMARY ALUMINUM PRODUCTION.
The development of dynamic metal inert anodes will permit further development of advanced electrolytic cells that consume significantly less energy and produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions. The Hall-Héroult electrolytic cell, developed over 100 years ago, is used to produce primary aluminum worldwide. Significant advances in cell technology have dramatically lowered electrical use in modern electrolytic cells to 13.6 kWh/kg.
Reducing 7 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S.
-WELDING MACHINES
There are about 100 different types of welding. Arc welding is the most common type. Standard arc welding involves two large metal alligator clips that carry a strong electrical current.
Welding machines:
-Portable A.C. arc welding machines, A.C. Arc welding machines,
-D.C. Arc welding machines,
-TIG welding machines, MIG/MAG welding machines, Submerged arc welding machines, Plasma arc cutting machines,
Plasma.
-Plasma arc welding equipment, Electric shock protective devices for arc welding transformer, Coupling devices for welding cables, Resistance welding machines, Wire feeder for welder, TIG welding blow lamp, MIG/MAG welding torches, Electrode holders.
-MACHINE MIG (GMAW)-An arc welding process which joins metals by heating them with an arc. The arc is between a continuously fed filler metal (consumable) electrode and the workpiece. Externally supplied gas or gas mixtures provide shielding. Common MIG welding is also referred to as short circuit transfer. Metal is deposited only when the wire actually touches the work.High power.
-MACHINE Welder - Generator-For locations where an electrical hook-up is not practical, consider a gas-powered, engine-driven welding generator to supply welding and generator power.
-MACHINE Stick (SMAW)-An arc welding process which melts and joins metals by heating them with an arc, between a covered metal electrode and the work. Shielding gas is obtained from the electrode outer coating, often called flux.High powers.
-MACHINE Plasma Cutters.
An arc cutting process which severs metal by using a constricted arc to melt a small area of the work. This process can cut all metals that conduct electricity. Hobart Plasma cutters are complete packages that contain all required equipment and torch consumables. Consumables: torch consumables, gas or compressed air supply.
-MACHINE Tig Welding
heavy duty, stick and TIG machines range from our newest 90 amp to our most powerful 1000 amp workhorse. All of our machines have hot start and anti-stick features.
-MACHINE WELNDING ROBOT PIPES- Band-Type Pipe Cutting And Beveling Machine .
-MACHINE CUTMASTER -Air Plasma Cutting System.
TM torch technology that means longer life parts and lower operating costs. CutMaster is the new performance standard for 1/2' plasma cutting.
-MACHINE ROBOT Cut-First machine Introducing the world's first permanently magnetic pipe and plate cutting machine with a remote-controlled torch arm for pinpoint adjustments.
-Modular Production Welding Systems -
The Arc Machines¹ Model 2 was designed for factory applications requiring a heavy-duty, in-place welding system.
-Robotic Arc Welding Cells- Robotic Arc.
- Welding Cells - Self-contained modular design, arc welding cells ideally suited for the welding of simple or intricate parts and fixture designs. System components are mounted to an independent structure for easy shipment or transportation within the factory. Allows for minimal downtime and quick set-up. Numerous configurations available with assorted ABB robots, positioners, welding power sources,
-ROBOT CELL CONTROLLER-The Robot Cell Controller permits complete and total touch-screen control of the normal production functions on your robotic arc welding system. The newly integrated package provides an overview of the entire system in easy-to-understand color graphics from a single location. The operator controls robot cell production without the need to learn robot controller language.
-Robots Run Better With Modular Fixturing For Welding.
Robots require accurate and repeatable fixturing. With bore locations of +/- 0.001", the Demmeler modular fixturing system for welding provides the precise locating points needed. A complete family of components allows for consistent fixtures for the most complex of parts. Robot utilization can be more than doubled for short runs.
-Machine System for Welding Both Longitudinal and Circumferential Welds on Cylinders.
A manufacturer of steel cylinders wanted to produce tanks from raw plate with an output of five tanks per hour.
